I first saw this beautiful mural of Science World on Alicia Fashionista, and then again on RickChung.com. So, being naturally drawn to pretty things, I had to find it. And by find, I really mean find. It’s a shame that such a pretty mural (which I’m sure took a long time to create) is hidden between buildings, on a small street, above a parking lot. What? Exactly.
It’s been a week since I’ve been back in Vancouver and I’m starting to get back into the grind. Back to reality. I started work on Tuesday (at a “new” company) and I get the privilege to work from home from time to time. Which is awesome, yet dangerous. You’d go crazy too if you were cooped up in a pink messy room for 8 hours with no one to talk to.
And within a week of being back, I’ve converted…. to an iPhone! So now I can instagram, face time, skype, and use my horrid Chinese writing skills on poor, unfortunate friends. And no, I don’t miss BBM. In all honesty, it’s like an annoying, unnecessary bother at times. And now that I’ve disappeared, it feels like a burden has been lifted! So If you don’t hear from me, it’s because I don’t want to talk to you. :)
XO,

PS. If you’re looking for the mural, you can find it on 45 East 8th Avenue, just off Quebec Street.

Thanks Henry! I’m a big fan of the mint jeans!
That’s a very cool necklace–and the mural’s not bad either! Are the shoes from HK???
After our exchange earlier I thought of a cheesy line to share with my son if he wants coaching someday. If he likes a girl, he can ask her if she has been under pressure lately. Regardless of her answer, he replies, “I was wondering, because you’re such a perfect little diamond.” I don’t know if that’s great or awful, but the thought had me laughing this morning. =)

Haha you always come up with these witty little things. That would be really cute if your son used that line on someone! And no, the shoes aren’t from HK, just good old Aldo!
I absolutely love the mix of pastels! Congrats on being an iPhone user! Instagram gets super addicting!

I love mint jeans! I have a pair as well and they are my favorite!
And congrats on your iPhone. I made the switch a few months ago and now I couldn’t live without it :)
Beautiful color! Love the top, the back is wonderful.
Lovely outfit, I love your jeans :)

I have a similar pair of mint pants from Zara… Kids! The only difference is that there’s no zipper, and they were probably half the prize of the Women’s! Love all the colours in the first photo.
super beautiful outfit!! love the colors!
Witty??? Hmmmm, only when I have the right motivation/inspiration. It will be cute if my son ever does that–he is the most honest, sincere person I know, so the girl should take it as a great compliment.
You are definitely a blogger!
Ok I have a confession, I saw your blog before, commented on your outfit, blah blah, that’s cute blah blah but today I came across it again and read the first post and giggled. Read the 2nd post and totally laughed out loud…read some more older posts and practically peed on myself. Ok maybe not. That would be horrid. lol…anyway, I totally love your humor (and style) and Iam followeing you on BlogLovin for more. Looking forward to more laughter honey :) xoxoxox

Love this outfit. The heels and pants rock. What new company are you at now and what are you doing there?
I just joined a new consulting firm as well when I got back from my Vietnam trip and already have the urge to travel more and not do…”this reality.” haha.

I’m the marketing manager at a baby boutique. It’s actually owned by the same people as the last company I worked for, but a different business. What kind of consulting are you doing? I would love to.. not work and just vacation all the time! But then again, who wouldnt!?
