where I must List 7 interesting facts about me. Because I’m so interesting. And then pass it to 7 others. :)

[ 7 ] things about me

  1. I love sushi. Vancouver has some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. My favorite roll? Spider roll. Consists of soft shell crab. Try it. Eat it. Love it.
  2. I’m terrified of growing up. Leave me alone world! I’m just a baby bunnie.
  3. I’ve never had fake nails – gel or acrylic. The thought of paying for refills and to get them removed… and then waiting for your wrecked nails to grow out just sounds like a big hassle to me.
  4. I’m sucky at writing. Ironic isn’t it, since I have a blog. I’ve always found writing to be kind of difficult. It’s not really natural to me. I prefer to post pictures, if you haven’t noticed.
  5. I’m incredibly weird unique. Unique motions, unique noises, unique dance moves and unique thoughts. But I’ll have to be comfortable with you before you see. Again, I’m UNIQUE.
  6. I can’t swim. Well. I can survive in water for about 2 minutes before I drown. I can also float on my front and back… and kick my legs. Okay, I can’t really swim.  But since when did bunnies need to swim?
  7. I love cilantro, garlic and onions. Period. { No, I don’t love periods. }

Nothing like erasing those flaws… not that I have any

“Benefit Erase Paste is a concentrated, creamy, blendable concealer that instantly brightens and camouflages all-in-one. It has an innovative formula which makes sure signs of stress and fatigue are a thing of the past. These three brightening neutral shades give every gal correction perfection.

Average Rating on Sephora: 4/5

I’ve left the world of MAC concealers and switched over to Erase Paste by Benefit. When I first tried this, I was surprised by the consistency of it. Erase Paste is not as ‘hard’ as a lot of other concealers I’ve tried. It’s much more ‘liquidy’  while still being thick enough to provide the right amount of coverage. Yet, it’s not heavy. It goes on smoothly hasn’t left any area looking caked on or dry. I guess paste is the perfect way to explain it.

The concealer comes with a mini spatula and a small booklet to teach you how to use it for under eye coverage, Marionette grooves, and other imperfection spots.

I’m actually quite impressed with this. It’s good in my books!

California Love

Another vacation to Los Angeles has ended… and I’m back in Vancouver where the air is clear and crisp. Ahhh!

I’m super tired from this trip – cramming in all the shopping and activities there are to do in LA over the span of a few days keeps you going, and going and going. Like the energizer bunny.  It’s true – we all need a vacation after a vacation!

Bunnie in the City

My name is Tania.

Yes, I do have a real name… besides Bunnie! {And now I’ve been exposed.}  And who am I exactly? Well, thanks to The Kitty Card for featuring me in their Kitty in the City section, you can learn a bit more about me…. if you want, that is. I’m not that exciting.

Kitty in the City

If you’re not familiar with the Kitty Card, it’s a premiere luxury lifestyle membership for women in Vancouver. Get your paws on a Kitty Card at www.showyourkitty.com and be sure to check out their blog of product reviews, fashion tips and stories on Vancouver’s hottest places to shop, pamper and dine out. One of my favorites!

Usually, I’d say this is a Bunnies only zone, but for this, I’ll make an exception.

XO,

bunnie

PS – I know, I know. I’ve been absent lately. You can blame work, final exams, and projects for that! I’ll be back online though…. right after I return from Los Angeles! I’m leaving tomorrow! :)

Vancouver’s NEW Fashion Haven: Haus of Luxe

Having just opened its doors in March of 2010, Haus of Luxe is the NEW place to find high quality products from exclusive brands not commonly found in Vancouver, but rather in fashion hubs such as Los Angeles, CA.

Haus of Luxe (House of Luxury) is the product of two Canadian best friends Joanne Lai and Jo-An Moon who, like many girls, live to shop. Having traveled to many fashion forward cities, they realized Vancouver was lacking in many of the brands and styles that they love. Realizing the need to bring these fashion names into Vancouver, they focused on making these styles and trends available to Vancouverites without burning a hole in their pockets. With everyone keeping an eye on their bank accounts these days, affordable fashion is something we can all look forward to!
