Boys? Please, all I need is M·A·C.
I’m all for their concealers. Actually, I can’t remember using any other kind.
Their newest edition: Studio Sculpt Concealer.
Here’s what MAC has to say…
“A creamy concealer that provides full coverage with a natural matte finish. Brushes on with enough blend time to conceal any size of blemish. Rich formulation allows you to use a micro-amount of product to even out skin. Water-resistant and long-wearing.“
Couldn’t have said it better myself… {because I suck at writing}. Take a look for yourself. It’s super creamy with full coverage — doesn’t feel as thick and heavy as the Studio Finish SPF 35 which is what I was using before. It’s perfect if you want a more natural, smooth finish without the pound cake on yo face! {I have dry skin, heavy concealers tend to form crusties on me. Yum.}
So girlies, for now it’s just me and my boyfriend, MAC.
However, when the pot runs dry, I’ll want a new one because honestly, I get bored easily.

I don’t dare use any Mac face products.. I used their foundation years ago and it totally fucked up my skin (I had super clear skin before but it went all oily and gross) and it took soo long before it went back to normal. =(
@Katy: Okay that sucks. I rarely ever use foundation though, I can’t stand the feeling of a mask on m face! It totally dries out my skin. So what do you use then!

I rarely use foundation too but when I do I use the Christian Dior DiorSkin Forever Compact or sometimes Lumiere mineral foundation (love their Kabuki brush). But I like the compact because I’m usually super lazy and it’s quicker to apply. =P

love Mac’s product too…I’m using Mac and Laura Mercier…i prefer some of LM products because it’s light and doesn’t make you feel cake-y!!!

I am constantly on the hunt for a good concealer to use on my panda eyes. Girl, your post came just in time! I will be checking this out no doubt.
Oh I love MAC! I’m currently using the MAC select moisturecover ‘cos I kind of have a dry skin, so it’s what the lady suggested to me. As for foundation, I use MAC mineralize loose powder and they blend oh so perfectly! I originally wanted to try this studio sculpt, but then again the lady said it would be best for me for my type of skin to use the select moisturecover. I love it…thank God for MAC.

ive actually never used mac! i should give it a try, you give it such a good write up!
i use revlon… but i dont use concealer very much. just dab on some cover stick really… but i should start!

This looks like a great concealer and I love MAC. Thanks for letting us know! I use Loreal and for the concealer I use a waterproof tube for blemishes (forget the name.) Oh what would we do without makeup?

I love MAC concealers as well. They get rid of my raccoon eyes =P and I dont have to use too much of it. Anyways, I stumbled upon your blog thru a makeup/beauty blog somewhere and couldnt help but notice that you’re from Van too. Well Im not exactly FROM there… im a fake. lol* I grew up in Calgary but was living in Van for about 6 yrs until I decided to come back to my hometown to help my sis prepare for her wedding. But man, I miss van lots esp seeing your summer pics!
Don’t hate me because I buy cheap makeup. Ah ha ha. I’m currently using an Almay concealer.
My cousins are total MAC girls. Me, I’m a Shiseido girl all around. From my face wash and creams to concealer and eyebrow powder. ;) Love the stuff.
I’ve never tried mac concealers. but I’m an avid fan of their colorful eyeliners and their blush in “peaches” is totally natural and it works great with MAC’s bronzer as well for a sunkissed look .
i usually use bobbi brown’s creamy concealer for pretty much everything. it comes with a powder too for me to set the concealer without the need of opening another loose powder pack :D

M.A.C foundations contain a lot of oil, that’s probably why a lot of people break out with it, as did I. But I purchased M.A.C’s newest foundation, Studio Sculpt, and it’s less oily. My skin seems okay with it so far. This is the one I am talking about:
